This page contains information about our Hardware ID (HWID) system and how it works to protect your license.
HWID (Hardware ID) is a unique identifier of your computer based on your system's hardware components. We use this system to bind your license to a specific device.
When you first log in, we generate a unique fingerprint of your hardware. This fingerprint is stored in our database and linked to your account. Each subsequent login checks for HWID matching.
If you upgrade hardware or reinstall your operating system, you may need to reset your HWID. Each account has a limited number of HWID resets. The number of available resets is displayed in your profile.
• One license can only be active on one device at a time • HWID reset is possible a limited number of times • Abuse of the reset system may result in account suspension
We do not collect personal information through HWID. The system only generates an anonymous hash based on hardware characteristics. This information is used exclusively for license protection.
If you have issues with the HWID system, please contact technical support at support@tcbot.pro with details of the problem.
